Part of the guide: Choosing an AI advisor
Moon IA (moon-ia.fr) is a French AI consultancy for small and mid-sized companies, not to be confused with Moon AI (realmoon.ai). We are Hundredfold, a small advisory firm that sells a paid AI audit; our two Managing Partners, Arun Agrahri and Cédric Giorgi, wrote this page. Four other options follow.
Our paid audit sits in the table like the other options, and nothing is ranked. Every fact about Moon IA and the firms beside it comes from their own pages, read on 30 September 2026.
The first call is free. You sign nothing to have it.
Moon IA describes itself as an AI and strategy consultancy that draws on the DFM group. It sells training, an AI audit and custom development. Its audit runs in four steps: a field diagnostic, use cases and priorities, a roadmap, and a walkthrough with support.
It suits a small or mid-sized company that wants an audit and training from one firm and wants to know which public aids may apply. Its site says the method is built for tight budgets, no dedicated IT director and versatile teams.
These lines come from registers and press, not from the firm. Each names its source and its date.
Each firm below is here for a reason a buyer leaving Moon IA could have. They are not ranked.
The other firm that pairs an audit with training, at national scale. It states no funding for the audit.
Alternatives to Mister IAA funded diagnostic for industrial companies, and a published build price.
For a company on several sites that wants something built now. It sells no audit.
The two founders do the work, on one process, at $2,500–$5,000.
What our audit covers, day by dayEvery cell comes from the firm's own pages, read on 30 September 2026, or from our audit page. A count or a result is the firm's claim, not something we checked.

The best firm depends on what you want in hand at the end.
Moon IA names a Bpifrance route and regional aids, and JustAI names three schemes. Check which one your company qualifies for before you compare prices.
Moon IA and Mister IA both hand back roadmaps and training plans. Ours is narrower: one process, with the sums shown.
Tiple builds directly. We build after the audit. Moon IA also sells custom development, with no published price.
