Who the site is for

The site is for people running or working in a business. You must be at least 18 to use it. If you apply on behalf of a company, you confirm that the company allows you to share its information with us.

What the site is

The site describes our services and publishes essays, guides and worked examples about putting AI to work in a company. It is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or technical advice for your situation, and reading it does not make us your advisor.

The worked examples describe example firms built from firms like yours, for demonstration only. They are not results from a client.

Applications and paid work

Applying for an audit commits neither of us to anything. The first call is free and you sign nothing to have it.

Paid work starts only under a separate written agreement, whether it is an audit, an implementation or a system we run for you. That agreement sets the scope, the price, the currency and the dates. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins. Prices on the site are a guide. You pay the amount we agree in writing before the work starts.

The agreement for an audit includes every promise we make about the audit on this site. One of them is that you do not pay if the audit finds nothing worth building.

Using the site fairly

You agree not to:

• send us false information, or someone else's information without their permission;
• use the forms to send spam or anything unlawful;
• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site;
• republish substantial parts of the site as your own.

You are welcome to quote and share what you read here, with a link back to the page.

Who owns what

The site's text, images, method and the Hundredfold name belong to Sena Technologies, Inc.. What you send us remains yours. You give us permission to use it only to reply to you and to do the work you ask for, as our privacy policy describes.

Other sites

The site links to services we do not run, such as LinkedIn and Calendly. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available. To the extent the law allows, we provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of the site. Our total liability for the site is at most one hundred US dollars. The agreement for paid work governs that work, including liability. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law where you live forbids us to limit.

Which law applies

The law of the State of Delaware, United States, governs these terms. If a dispute arises, write to us first at [email protected] and we will try to settle it within 30 days. If we cannot, the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction. The one exception is a right, under the law where you live, to go to your own courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
