Part of the guide: Choosing an AI advisor

Alternatives to Mister IA.
The same seven questions for each.

Mister IA is a Paris firm that sells AI training and an AI audit. We are Hundredfold, a small advisory firm that sells a paid AI audit; our two Managing Partners, Arun Agrahri and Cédric Giorgi, wrote this page. Four other options sit beside it on the same seven questions.

Our paid audit sits in the table like the other options, and nothing is ranked. Every fact about Mister IA and the firms beside it comes from their own pages, read on 30 September 2026.

Who Mister IA is right for

It suits a company that wants to train many people at once and audit several departments in one go, with training certified Qualiopi. The cases named on its audit page are a prefecture, a football federation, a social-housing body and a notaries' chamber.

Where Mister IA does better than us

  • A wider report. It audits several departments and hands back a bank of prompts you can use the next day. We look at one process.
  • Training. It teaches your staff and shows Qualiopi certification. We sell none.
  • Proof. It names clients and gives counts. We publish worked examples and no client case yet.

What public records say about Mister IA

These lines come from registers and press, not from the firm. Each names its source and its date.

  • Registered as a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) in Paris in July 2023, per the state company register (source, read 30 September 2026).
  • On the state's public list of training providers, with Qualiopi certification for training actions (source, list updated 29 September 2026).
  • Reported a €10 million funding round in May 2026, per Le Monde Informatique (source, 27 May 2026).

Which alternatives to Mister IA

Each firm below is here for a reason a buyer leaving Mister IA could have. They are not ranked.

The same pairing of audit and training, aimed at small and mid-sized companies. It names a Bpifrance route for the audit.

    Alternatives to Moon IA
  • JustAI

The same plan-first audit, in 5 to 15 days depending on the funding scheme, and part-funded if you qualify.

  • Tiple

For an owner who would skip the list of uses and have one thing built. It sells no audit.

  • Hundredfold

One process, priced up front at $2,500–$5,000, with a written plan in 14 days at most. No training.

The same seven questions for every firm

Every cell comes from the firm's own pages, read on 30 September 2026, or from our audit page. A count or a result is the firm's claim, not something we checked.

What the first step costs Not published Not published Not published. Says Clic&Tech can make the diagnostic free for industrial firms under 250 staff. Not published $2,500–$5,000 for the audit, printed on the audit page
Can public money pay for it? Shows a Qualiopi attestation for its training. Mentions no funding for the audit. Its FAQ mentions Bpifrance co-funding for the audit and OPCO eligibility for training. Shows Qualiopi certification for training. Bpifrance, OPCO and Clic&Tech routes, by its account. Training certified Qualiopi, it says. None mentioned None. No public scheme, and no Qualiopi certification.
How long until you have the result 4 to 6 weeks for a full audit, per its FAQ Not published 5 to 15 days, depending on the funding scheme “Results in weeks”, no fixed length 14 days at most, from first call to walkthrough
What you keep at the end Six deliverables: a map of uses, their rating, a priority matrix, a bank of working prompts, a 12 to 24 month roadmap with budget, and training programmes by department. A process map, a 3, 6 or 12 month roadmap, tool recommendations, a training plan and a costed return per project. A map of processes and data, each use case scored on five criteria, and a costed roadmap in waves with a funding plan. No audit report. The diagnosis is folded into the first two steps of a five-step build. One written plan for one process: what to change first, what another year costs, who owns it, in what order to build. Every figure comes with its sums. It is yours to use with another supplier.
Who builds it afterwards, and at what published price Sells custom development. No price published. Sells custom development of tools. No price published. Says a custom tool is in service in 4 weeks from €20,000 excl. tax, and that the code is yours. Builds directly, and says your team runs it alone at the end. No price published. Yes, after the audit. Not published: quoted at the walkthrough, from what the audit found.
Training for your people Yes, its core business. Shows Qualiopi certification. Yes, one of its three offers. Shows Qualiopi certification. Yes. Says its training is certified Qualiopi. Enabling your team is part of the mission. No separate training offer on the page we read. None. We do not sell training.
What they show as proof Says 150+ companies supported, and that an audit finds 15 to 30 uses per department. Says it draws on the DFM group, created in 2002, with 10,000+ clients. Says 120+ projects and 17 sectors. Video testimonials. Anonymised results such as +34% conversion. Says your team runs it alone at the end. The two founders, named. No client case published yet.

We are in the table on the same terms. Where a page prints no figure, the cell says so, and we trail on several rows.

Which one, depending on what you want

The best firm depends on what you want in hand at the end.

  • You want it free or funded

Ask each firm whether a public scheme can pay for the audit. Mister IA states no funding for it; JustAI and Moon IA state one.

  • You want a report

Mister IA gives the widest report here, across several departments, in 4 to 6 weeks. Choose us if one process is enough and you want the price first.

  • You want something built

Tiple builds without an audit product, and JustAI prints a build price. We build after the audit and quote it then.

If you qualify, look at Diag Data IA first. The State pays 40 percent of a quote capped at €10,000 excl. tax, for 8 days of an approved expert over 3 months at most (read 30 September 2026). Our audit is for when you do not qualify, or want one process priced before you commit.

How much does an AI audit from Mister IA cost?

It publishes no price. Its FAQ says the cost depends on the number of departments and the size of the company, and offers a free scoping call to get a quote (read 30 September 2026). Ours is $2,500–$5,000, printed on our audit page.

Mister IA or a firm that builds: what is the difference?

Mister IA teaches your people and hands back a report, and it builds custom tools after the audit. A builder such as Tiple starts from the build and sells no audit. Choose on what you want in hand at the end: trained staff, a plan or a working tool.

Does Mister IA work with small companies?

Le Monde Informatique reported in May 2026 that most of its clients are French small and mid-sized companies. Its audit page suggests starting with support functions such as HR, finance, legal and sales.

From $2.5K, fixed scope, half of it off the build if you go ahead within 30 days, and the first call is free. You'll know what to build, in what order, and what it gives back, before you commit to building it.
