Part of the guide: Choosing an AI advisor
StackEasy is an AI and data agency with offices in Paris, Bordeaux, Nantes and Marseille, and it offers a free first analysis. We are Hundredfold, a small advisory firm that sells a paid AI audit; our two Managing Partners, Arun Agrahri and Cédric Giorgi, wrote this page. Four other options follow.
Our paid audit sits in the table like the other options, and nothing is ranked. Every fact about StackEasy and the firms beside it comes from their own pages, read on 30 September 2026.
The first call is free. You sign nothing to have it.
StackEasy sells in four stages: understand (audit and diagnostic), build (custom AI tools), deploy (a quick integration) and train. Its audit page invites you to ask for a free AI diagnostic and receive a first analysis. It prints no price for the full audit.
It suits a company that wants a free first look before spending anything, and one firm that can then build, deploy and train. Its site addresses general managers, department heads, IT directors and data officers.
These lines come from registers and press, not from the firm. Each names its source and its date.
Each firm below is here for a reason a buyer leaving StackEasy could have. They are not ranked.
The other low-cost start, with the funding schemes named. It asks you to test your eligibility first.
Alternatives to JustAIAn equally structured audit, in 4 to 6 weeks, with a longer list of deliverables that includes a bank of working prompts.
For an owner who would rather have one thing built than audited. It sells no audit.
A paid first step at $2,500–$5,000, agreed before work starts, in 14 days at most.
What our audit covers, day by dayEvery cell comes from the firm's own pages, read on 30 September 2026, or from our audit page. A count or a result is the firm's claim, not something we checked.
| Question | StackEasy | JustAI | Mister IA | Tiple | Hundredfold |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| What the first step costs | A free first analysis | Not published. Says Clic&Tech can make the diagnostic free for industrial firms under 250 staff. | Not published | Not published | $2,500–$5,000 for the audit, printed on the audit page |
| Can public money pay for it? | Shows an Osez l'IA recognition badge and a Bpifrance support badge. | Bpifrance, OPCO and Clic&Tech routes, by its account. Training certified Qualiopi, it says. | Shows a Qualiopi attestation for its training. Mentions no funding for the audit. | None mentioned | None. No public scheme, and no Qualiopi certification. |
| How long until you have the result | 4 weeks for the diagnostic | 5 to 15 days, depending on the funding scheme | 4 to 6 weeks for a full audit, per its FAQ | “Results in weeks”, no fixed length | 14 days at most, from first call to walkthrough |
| What you keep at the end | A map of opportunities, a 12 to 24 month roadmap with estimated investment and expected return, technical recommendations and a change plan. | A map of processes and data, each use case scored on five criteria, and a costed roadmap in waves with a funding plan. | Six deliverables: a map of uses, their rating, a priority matrix, a bank of working prompts, a 12 to 24 month roadmap with budget, and training programmes by department. | No audit report. The diagnosis is folded into the first two steps of a five-step build. | One written plan for one process: what to change first, what another year costs, who owns it, in what order to build. Every figure comes with its sums. It is yours to use with another supplier. |
| Who builds it afterwards, and at what published price | Builds and deploys, then trains. No price published. | Says a custom tool is in service in 4 weeks from €20,000 excl. tax, and that the code is yours. | Sells custom development. No price published. | Builds directly, and says your team runs it alone at the end. No price published. | Yes, after the audit. Not published: quoted at the walkthrough, from what the audit found. |
| Training for your people | Yes, as its last stage. | Yes. Says its training is certified Qualiopi. | Yes, its core business. Shows Qualiopi certification. | Enabling your team is part of the mission. No separate training offer on the page we read. | None. We do not sell training. |
| What they show as proof | Says 350+ clients and 45 experts across 4 offices. | Says 120+ projects and 17 sectors. Video testimonials. | Says 150+ companies supported, and that an audit finds 15 to 30 uses per department. | Anonymised results such as +34% conversion. Says your team runs it alone at the end. | The two founders, named. No client case published yet. |
We are in the table on the same terms. Where a page prints no figure, the cell says so, and we trail on several rows.
The best firm depends on what you want in hand at the end.
StackEasy's first analysis is free, and JustAI names three funding routes if you qualify. Take either before paying anyone, us included.
StackEasy and Mister IA both print a list of deliverables and a 12 to 24 month roadmap. We write one plan for one process, with the sums shown.
StackEasy builds and deploys under one roof, then trains your people. Tiple and JustAI, which prints a build price, are the others to ask. We quote a build after the audit.
If you qualify, look at Diag Data IA first. The State pays 40 percent of a quote capped at €10,000 excl. tax, for 8 days of an approved expert over 3 months at most (read 30 September 2026). Our audit is for when you do not qualify, or want one process priced before you commit.
What our audit covers, day by dayIts audit page offers a free AI diagnostic that gives you a first analysis, with no commitment (read 30 September 2026). It does not say whether the four-week audit that follows is free, or what it costs. Ask for that in writing.
StackEasy's page says you receive “a first analysis”. It does not list what the analysis contains, or whether it is the four-week audit. Ask what you hold on paper at the end of the free step, and what the next step costs.
Its site addresses general managers, department heads, IT directors and data officers, without naming a company size. It lists ten sectors and four offices: Paris, Bordeaux, Nantes and Marseille.
Three more stages, by its own account: build custom tools such as AI assistants, deploy a quick integration in a few weeks, and train your people. It publishes no price for any of them.
From $2.5K, fixed scope, half of it off the build if you go ahead within 30 days, and the first call is free. You'll know what to build, in what order, and what it gives back, before you commit to building it.
Tell us the one process that costs you most. One of us reads every application and answers it with a name.
We invoice in US dollars from Sena Technologies, Inc.; the French page shows the same amounts in euros.
We reply within two business days, always with a name. No sequence, no chasing.
